Tracy joined  4^th Utility in 1998. He started his communication career in the Department of National Defense as a licensed electrician and technician. Tracy is well versed in both electrical and low voltage systems. Specializing in fiber optics installations and troubleshooting, he is an excellent source for field technicians, estimators and clients to draw from.
